Real work, real support, real outcomes: from assessment to employment to potential ownership.
01
Level 1: Evaluate
Foundation & readiness
Individual skills assessment, workplace readiness, food safety basics, and introduction to café and kitchen operations. Every training plan is customized to the individual.
Goal: Build confidence and establish the right foundation for each person.

Level 2: Train
Real-world, 1-on-1 training
Each participant is paired with a dedicated supervisor inside a live café or kitchen: serving real customers, preparing real food, performing real job duties every day. Customer service, food prep, café and vending operations.
Goal: Develop genuine, marketable job skills in a live retail environment.

Level 3: Employ
Guaranteed job placement
Every participant with autism or special needs who completes the program is guaranteed a job placement within one year, within RSA Management Group operations or through our partner network. Placement includes continued on-the-job support and stable income.
Goal: Secure long-term, stable employment and true workforce integration.

Level 4: Lead
Leadership & ownership opportunity
Advanced operational training, team management, financial basics, all leading to the opportunity to run or co-manage a Next Level Café. For some, a pathway to true business ownership.
Goal: create leaders and, for some, business owners.

This guarantee applies exclusively to participants with autism and special needs enrolled in our structured four-level workforce training program.
Graduates receive job placement, continued career support, and pathways into food service, retail, and hospitality careers.
