RSA Management Group started as a vending company and grew into a full food services business: restaurants, cafés, catering, and meals-to-go across New York. Every operation we run has two goals: deliver exceptional food, and create real jobs for individuals with autism and special needs.

Skills assessment, workplace readiness, and introduction to café operations.

Hands-on work inside live cafés and kitchens with a dedicated supervisor every day.

Guaranteed job placement
Participants with autism and special needs are guaranteed placement within RSA or our partner network within one year.

Leadership & ownership opportunity
Advanced graduates may progress to manage or co-run a Next Level Café location.
